BARre concept - benefits

Barre Concept is a low-impact, strength-based class designed to improve stability, flexibility, and muscular endurance through controlled, precise movements.
Using elements inspired by ballet technique, alongside core conditioning and functional strength work, the class focuses on small, targeted exercises that build strength safely and effectively.
Participating regularly can help improve posture, balance, coordination, and overall strength, making it a great complement to both dance training and general fitness.
What else do i need to know
Once you’re signed up to a class, what do you need to know to prepare for your first session?
For your first Barre Concept class, you will not need anything specialised. Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely is ideal.
Most people choose to wear leggings and a fitted top so that posture and alignment can be clearly seen, which helps you get the most out of each exercise.
You can take part in socks or bare feet, depending on what feels most comfortable and secure for you.
