Cancellation  &  Purchase Policy 

4 Weekly Payments  Cancellation Policy

  • All Adults and Children’s classes (excluding FitSteps, Pilates, Adult Solo Dance Classes, as well as some pay as you go Salsa Classes) need to be paid for on a 4 weekly basis.

  • In the event you cannot make a class after payment has been made please inform us up to 48 hours in advance of the class. Please use your account on our booking system on our app or website to cancel

  • Adhering to the notice period will allow you to swap to another class in place of the missed class. This can be redeemed against any class in the same category and price bracket of the missed class. For example a Child 45 mins class can be swapped with an equivalent class.

  • The swap has to be redeemed in the same 4-week period as the class missed.

  • In the event 2 or more classes are missed in a month and RISE Dance cannot provide a suitable class swap, then a nominal amount is given in credit towards a private lesson. This amount is equal to:

  • 2 missed Adult Partner Classes = ½ hour private lesson

  • 2 missed Childrens Class = ¼ hour private lesson

  • In order to book an Adult private lesson a full hour of credits must be accrued.

  • In order to book a Childs private lesson half an hour of credits must be accrued.

  • Attempts to swap classes must be made before this can be redeemable.

  • RISE Dance may choose to waiver the 48-hour cancellation deadline in the event of an emergency still allowing the class swap to be redeemed.

  • RISE Dance reserve the right to cancel any classes, in which case an alternative class will be offered. If RISE Dance cannot provide a suitable class swap then a refund for the cancelled class will be offered.

  • Email reminders are sent for each class booked to help manage your bookings.

 

On some rare occasions it may be necessary to make alterations to the start date, time, or teacher of classes in order to operate our sessions effectively. All Clients will be notified of any such changes as soon as is reasonably possible through our booking system, via our app, text message and/or email. RISE Dance is not obligated to inform students personally of any such changes.

 

FitSteps & Adult Solo Classes Cancellation Policy

  • We operate a 12-hour cancellation policy for FitSteps, Pilates and Adult Solo Classes. Please use your account on our booking system on our app or website to cancel any bookings you cannot, or do not wish to attend. 

  • RISE Dance may choose to refund or swap the class fee in event of exceptional circumstances.

  • RISE Dance reserve the right to cancel any classes, in which case an alternative class will be offered. If RISE Dance cannot provide a suitable class swap then a refund for the cancelled class will be offered.

  • Email reminders are sent for each lesson booked to help manage your bookings.

  • We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy for all private lessons. Please use your account on our booking system on our app or website to cancel any bookings you cannot, or do not wish to attend. 

  • For pre-paid lessons RISE Dance may choose to refund the fee in event of exceptional circumstances.

  • RISE Dance reserve the right to cancel any lessons, in which an alternative lesson will be offered. If RISE Dance cannot provide a suitable class swap then a refund for the cancelled lesson will be offered.

  • Email reminders are sent for each lesson booked to help manage your bookings.

Purchase & Refund Policy

RISE Dance and Fitness is not responsible for any discrepancies that may occur due to bank transfers. We encourage you to download the RISE Dance and Fitness app, create an account to view the most up-to-date information regarding your bookings and payments , book your classes and sign in.

Any refunds offered for group classes, private lessons, or packages will be at the discretion of RISE Dance and Fitness. 

Any refund agreed will be processed as soon as possible, and depending on the processing time of your bank can take up to 5-10 days to be credited to your bank account.

Any apparel that has been custom ordered, such as kit items are non refundable.

Any non-custom apparel may be refunded at the discretion of RISE Dance and Fitness, provided it is in "brand new" condition and has not been worn or used in any way.
