We are delighted to share our 2026 Social Dance, Tea Dance, and Guided Practice dates at RISE Dance, so you can get them in your diary early.
Whether you enjoy relaxed practice sessions, friendly social dancing, or a traditional tea dance, 2026 promises a full year of Ballroom and Latin dancing in a welcoming and supportive environment.

What is a Guided Practice?
Guided Practice at RISE Dance is a relaxed, structured session designed to help you practise what you have been learning in class.
A member of the RISE teaching team is present to:
- Keep the music flowing
- Offer gentle guidance and reminders
- Answer quick questions
- Help you build confidence on the dance floor
Guided Practice is ideal if you want to improve your Ballroom and Latin dancing in a supportive environment without the pressure of a formal lesson.
Time: 5:30pm – 6:30pm
What are our Social Dances?
RISE Dance Social Dances are friendly and welcoming evenings focused on Ballroom and Latin dancing, with a touch of Sequence.
They are suitable for all levels and focus on enjoyment, confidence, and social dancing rather than perfection.
Social Dances include:
- Ballroom and Latin dancing, with some Sequence
- A relaxed and inclusive atmosphere
- Tea, coffee, and biscuits included
Time: 7:30pm – 10:30pm
What is a Tea Dance?
Our Tea Dances offer a relaxed daytime social dancing experience, perfect for those who prefer earlier events.
Tea Dances include:
- Ballroom and Latin dancing, with a touch of Sequence
- A friendly and social atmosphere
- Tea, coffee, and biscuits included
Time: 12:00pm – 2:30pm
